What payment methods can I use?

We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa credit cards, as well as Maestro, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron debit cards. Payment by cheque can be accepted by prior consent.

We accept purchase orders from schools, colleges, government departments and registered charities. If your organisation falls under one of these categories, please contact us to set up a credit account.

All payment / card information is processed using SSL secure encryption, the industry standard encryption technology. We use a Thawte SSL Certificate to encrypt all data submitted on our site. Just click on the Thawte logo to the right to verify. We do not hold or store any card information, all transactions are processed by our merchant bank HSBC using their Secure ePayments system.

How long will it take to receive my order and how much is postage and packaging?

Delivery is FREE throughout the U.K for all orders. We make every effort to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. Most orders will be despatched on the same day for orders received before 2pm.

Most orders are delivered using First Class using Royal Mail's Signed For service or alternatively by courier, if for example, the order contains bulkier items. Please allow 1 - 3 days for your order to arrive. All orders must be signed for.

Delivery to the Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey), Northern Ireland and the Scottish highlands and Scottish islands may take longer in some instances.

What are the differences between Original, Compatible and Remanufactured cartridges?

Original, or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridges are cartridges that are manufactured by the same company that manufacturer the printer, e.g. a cartridge made by Epson for an Epson printer is classed as an original cartridge.

Compatible cartridges are new cartridges that are made by a third party (non OEM) manufacturer to be compatible with the OEM printer specifications.

Remanufactured cartridges are original cartridges which have been refilled. They are first cleaned and have any worn parts replaced before being filled with new ink. Thay are produced from recycled cartridges.
