We offer free delivery throughout the U.K on all orders. We do not accept orders from outside of the UK.
We make every effort to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. Most orders will be despatched on the same day for orders received before 2pm.
Our orders are delivered First Class using Royal Mail's Signed For service or by courier. Our courier delivers next working day by 5.30pm (Monday to Friday). We may choose to deliver an order by courier, this is usually when the order contains bulkier items such as toner. All orders must be signed for.
Please note First Class is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, while most First Class orders are delivered within 24 - 48 hours of despatch, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us.
Note: A high proportion of missing parcels are held by a local Royal Mail sorting office or by a neighbour or colleague. Both Royal Mail and our courier should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left, so if possible please check first. As is customary, compensation is limited to the value of goods lost, a replacement will be offered or refund as appropriate. If you do not notify us within 21 days of ordering that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the event a product is unexpectedly out of stock or delivery is delayed, we will email or call you as soon as possible to let you know the estimated time for delivery, allowing you to make alternative arrangements, if you wish.
We take no responsibility for the non-receipt or loss of items when delivered with special instructions at the time of ordering, eg: "if not in leave next door". Any deliveries that have not been received and include such instructions will not be subject to refund or replacement.
Please ensure you enter a complete shipping address, i.e The address must include the street name & property number/name or unit number, town and / or city and FULL postcode - Any deliveries that have not been received and do not contain a complete address will not be subject to refund or replacement.
Our 30 day guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights, ensures that if within 30 days you are unhappy with your purchase and provided the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened, in a resalable condition, together with your receipt, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund less postage costs. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
Under the requirements of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your order up to seven working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason. We extend this under our guarantee by providing a fourteen working day any reason return period from the day after you receive your goods. To cancel an order or return a product, please contact us. Note: We cannot accept returns without prior confirmation. Please contact us and we will provide you with an RMA returns number and instructions for return.
In the unlikely event your goods have been damaged in transit, you discover a fault or the items you have been sent are different from the items you ordered, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us as soon as possible after receipt. Arrangements will be agreed for return and a refund made or replacement items will be despatched. Note:We will not accept goods returned without prior arrangement, please contact us first to arrange return of items.
The confirmation e-mail sent on acceptance of an order is acknowledgement of receipt of the order only, and is not necessarily a confirmation of availability of the product or order acceptance.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in cancellation in our terms and conditions.
We may be unable to accept an order as a result of one of the following:We reserve the right to not communicate regarding a transaction for which authorization was not obtained or if fraudulent activity is suspected or identified.
We only use the information you provide to process you order and contact you with special offers if you have given permission. All information you provide is used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
Your information will not be shared with any other companies. We will not email you apart from to process you order unless you have given consent to this. If you have given consent, this can be withdrawn at any time.
We do not store or hold any credit / debit card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed through our merchant bank payment provider HSBC.
